Get free access to Irrigation New Zealand resources
NZ Avocado has recently negotiated an agreement with Irrigation New Zealand (INZ) for all NZ Avocado members to have access to INZ water management resources.
Irrigation New Zealand is a national membership organisation that looks after the interests of irrigating farmers, growers and the industry professionals that service them.
To help avocado growers understand and prepare for upcoming regulations and to facilitate the adoption of best practice we will soon provide web resources on the NZ Avocado website tailored around the below themes
- Rules, Legislation, Policy and Plans for Freshwater
- Measuring water use
- Optimising water use
- Consenting pathways
- Good Management and technology
Throughout this web material you can find links to further in-depth resources from Irrigation NZ. However to access this information you will need to register below so we can provide you with member access to their website.
Registration for irrigation NZ resources
After 10 working days, activate your login by visiting the Irrigation NZ website and following these steps:
- Clicking on the login button on the top right
- Click on the “new user” link
- Complete the form, using your email address
- Choose a password
You will then be logged in as an INZ member and in the near future also be able to link through to this INZ material via the NZ Avocado web water resources.
