NZAGA invites members to join us at a autumn field day at Janice Cates and David Farrow’s Rockhaven Orchard in Whangarei on Monday 19th April 2020 from 1.00pm – 3.00pm at 660 Ngunguru Road, Glenbervie, Whangarei.
The field day will provide and industry overview and cover key orchard management practices for autumn including:
- Tree health issue diagnosis and actions including phosphonate application for Phytophthora control
- Update on latest root stock trial performance
- Fertiliser use
- Pruning for regrowth management and structural considerations.
