World Avocado Congress: 24-26 September 2019

The World Avocado Congress offers a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge, immerse yourself in another culture and get a broader understanding of the vision of leaders in the avocado industry. During the event there will be workshops, presentations of scientific research and the sharing of innovative methods for specialized audiences. As an attendee, you will have access to these conferences, interact with the speakers and select the topics you value most.
At the congress event, NZ Avocado will be bidding to host the 2023 World Avocado Congress in New Zealand. We welcome your support.

NZ Avocado are working with Travelcom Mount Maunganui to provide travel information to those wishing to attend the event. Because of the differing needs of travellers, we encourage growers to book flights and accommodation independently. Travelcom can provide personalised up-to-date flight options and quotes. Accommodation
NZ Avocado are currently holding rooms at the Hotel NH Medellin at discounted rates. This hotel is location 12 minutes drive (approximately 7kms) from the World Avocado Congress location of the Plaza Mayor Convention Centre. To book please call Debbie at Travelcom on 07 575 5049.
Note: Rooms are being held at discounted rates until 30 March only. Limited rooms available at this rate and these are based on a first in first served basis. Prices are per person based on twin or double room share.
World Avocado Congress 2019 event tickets
New Zealand Avocado can take care of registering you for your congress ticket to attend the World Avocado Congress 2019. Our group registration will give you a discount of up to $200USD off the standard per person ticket rate, depending on the amount of people registering in the New Zealand group.
This group discount is only available until 24 May 2019 and tickets must be paid for to NZ Avocado by this date to guarantee your group discount ticket.
