Field day: Lower Kaimai orchard, 15th November 2019

NZ Avocado invites you to join us at Franz and Sandy Imlig’s orchard in the Lower Kaimai’s, Bay of Plenty.

An industry update will be provided followed by an orchard walk to ask questions of the NZ Avocado team and discuss technical information relevant to this time of year.

Lynwood Nursery will share tips on new tree planting and pruning young trees and NZ Avocado research staff will talk about how crop load management and pollination optimisation can improve the chances of consistently achieving high yields.

Drinks and snacks will be provided towards the end of the field day to provide an opportunity to talk with other growers and continue discussions with the NZ Avocado team.
