NZ Avocado invites you to join us at Frank Baggenstos’ orchard for a ‘back to basics’ session and main field day.
When: Tuesday 26th March 2019
Time: 12.30pm “back to basics” followed by the main field day running from 1pm – 3pm

The ‘back to basics’ event is for anyone wanting to recap the basic information about the parts of the tree and growth habit. The main field day will include an industry update, as well as a discussion on tree health management and canopy management.
Frank is trialing some exciting canopy management concepts that will hopefully get growers thinking outside the box when it comes to innovation on their own orchard. Results from a recent phosphonate decay trial will be shared with discussion held on the overall management requirements to try maintain tree health.
