Whangarei field day

NZ Avocado invites you to join us at a field day in Whangarei at the Booth’s orchard on Wednesday 21 October 2020 from 2.00pm – 4.00pm at the Booth’s orchard, 406 Whatitiri Road, Whangarei

The field day will cover the topic of fruit size, the important management practises relating to fruit size, and the establishment of new trees. Irrigation, crop load management and tree health all influence fruit size so these topics will also be discussed. NZ Avocado will share some practical tips that growers can take to maximise fruit size. Growers are encouraged to share their own experiences of fruit size this season, and what you think is positively or negatively having an impact.
