12.02.15 Consultation is now open on the proposals for regulations under the Food Act 2014.

Interested growers, people and organisations are invited to provide submissions to the Ministry for Primary Industries on the Food Act 2014.

A draft NZ Avocado industry response for this is below, we welcome your feedback on this document. Please provide any feedback on the industry draft submission to Bevan bevan.jelley@nzavocado.co.nz by Friday 20 March 2015.

Final deadline for submissions to MPI is 5pm on 31 March 2015.

However, we welcome your responses to these sections and will continue to liaise with other horticultural bodies to inform NZ Avocado responses to these questions.
